Gee, do you think I am eager to get the call about Treasure?
Last night, Ryan and I established procedure since our Adoption Specialist has told me that she will call me first – I have permission to call him repeatedly until he answers even if he is in the middle of a meeting. In other words, I can be a nuisance until he answers (just this once).
We are so eager to find out the answer to the girl/boy question. We will be completely happy either way. My Mom always told me (I was the third and last child) that it didn’t matter if I was a girl or a boy, and I wasn’t an after-thought to our family even though they already had a boy and a girl. She always said that I completed our family. I feel that same way, Treasure will complete our family…
There are still several families who are ahead of us who have waited longer, but Treasure is on my mind and heart very much these days.
